Biography for Tobias Simril, the Pagan Bartender.
Personality/Appearance
Tobias is somewhat of an emotionless person, besides his flirtatious nature. It occasionally bleeds through that he cares about something, or someone, but his actions tend to speak for him, rather than his words. When faced with someone he’s interested in, especially in a romantic sense, he tends to show more of his emotional side, especially when trying to gain and keep their attention. He tends to drift through life, letting the gods take him where they may, and working from there, when not working.
Each god’s effect on his personality are always apparent, as his former self was notably different from his current self, changed when the gods reached out to him. While certain aspects of himself had always remained, especially the ones brought by Zeus, the newer parts of his personality only manifested after he began worshipping that specific god. As time went on, though, the personality traits of the gods he worshipped have somewhat lessened, allowing Tobias' own personality to thrive more, with the gods he worshipped having more of a passive effect on him.
Tobias’ usual clothing choices, outside of work, consisted of a plain black t-shirt, several necklaces on show around his neck, and regular black jeans, with a thin black hoodie wrapped around his waist, and black boots. Over time he's embraced more of the goth/e-boy aesthetic, adding in rings, necklaces, and even multiple piercings in each ear. This has also been reflected in his choice in wardrobe, usually aiming for darker tones when wearing colour.
His left arm has a full sleeve tattoo of lightning, arcing up from his wrist, to his shoulder, his right arm has a full sleeve tattoo of various plants and nature, fading into death and decay further up his arm. Each tattoo relates to his matron and patron gods, with the left sleeve being Zeus, and the right sleeve being Persephone. At work, Tobias’ clothing is a simple black vest and black button-up shirt, sleeves usually rolled up, with black suit pants, and dress shoes.
Abilities/Powers
Tobias is a Godgifted Pagan, mainly worshipping Zeus, Persephone, Eros, Dionysus, and Chronos. Due to his devotion, he has gained certain magical abilities, as well as personality traits, from each deity. These may have lessened over time, but they are still present to some degree. His magical abilities have grown as time went on, due to increased use and mastery of what he has been given.

Backstory
Tobias’ upbringing was fairly standard. Parents had reasonable and mundane jobs, he went through school, but… there was always something that felt off. Like he was being watched over constantly, by something he couldn’t quite put his finger on. However, it wasn’t a threatening feeling he got from his watcher… it was one of well-wishing, and on occasion, helpfulness. Eventually, he came to learn that Zeus had been watching over him, and after doing some research into the Greek god, came to appreciate, and even start worshipping him. There was another god watching over him as well, Persephone, that he eventually began to pray to, as both gods made sure that he would be alright.
As time went by, and Tobias finished his education, he had branched out to other gods, as well as the two he’d worshipped his whole life, embracing his Paganism fairly easily. It wasn’t a controlling aspect of his life, he just appreciated that there were gods, of all things, looking out for him, and that they cared about some guy like him. As Tobias eventually took a course in mixology, working to embrace a bit more of his adult side and indulge, he started praying to Chronos, Dionysus, and Eros. Dionysus’ influence only strengthened the resolve he had to enter bartending, with Chronos assisting in time related matters, when it was needed, and Eros… well, what Eros helped with probably went without saying.
Eventually, with his course finished, and picking up a job working as a bartender, Tobias was living a nice, cozy life for himself. He’d gotten some tattoos, mainly relating to his patron and matron gods, and had steadily gained slight magical abilities, from worshipping the gods he chose; precognition to help with getting to places and meeting people on time, slight lightning and nature manifestation, which never really ended up being useful in day to day life, but it had situational benefits. Those benefits came when he began taking on bounty hunting work, as an additional way to help others, wherever they may be. He’d also slowly gained a smoking habit, not to a crippling degree, but enough to need a cigarette at least once or twice a day. Either way, after getting the job he wanted, and with the gods he worshipped watching over him, Tobias let life guide him, and take him along the journey it wanted for him. He’d done what he wanted to do, now it was time to see what the gods were going to lead him to, if anything at all.
Relationships
Each of these ships counts as its own timeline, unless otherwise stated. Considering that Tobias tends to be monogamous in a relationship, it wouldn't make sense otherwise, in all honesty. This list specifically covers ships, and not things like friends with benefits setups that Tobias has. Those are also, generally, their own thing, unless otherwise stated. This list will also be updated over time, so if any particular ships are missed, don't hesitate to DM, so it can be added.
Ophelia/Helena (@WitchyBabygirl/@SpinisRosa) - Originally beginning as friends back when Mount Olympus first opened, the three eventually got into a relationship together. While they might not spend the most time together, it only made the time that they did spend together all the more special. While Ophelia had disappeared for a bit, Tobias and Helena had gotten even closer, with the two living and working together.
Cindy/Ophelia (@PflegeMother/@DunkelRising) - To change the pace, both women originally seeked Tobias out. It started with Cindy, the two quickly bonding and getting into a relationship together, before Ophelia joined the fray, with consent from everyone involved. Dating two sisters was an interesting experience, but definitely not a bad one.
Megara (@deathsbrides) - Starting with an invite to his bar, Tobias got to know Megara quite quickly, as well as her past experiences with the gods. Initially, they had agreed to live together so that she could get on her feet, but the two had grown so close, so fast, that the nature of their relationship changed as a result. They still live together, but they're most definitely more than friends. It also resulted in Megara working at Mount Olympus, something that the both of them have plenty of fun with.
Nova (@daemcnium) - Originally aiming for someone else, Nova ended up spending more time with Tobias in his bar than anyone else, prompting the two to end up going home together. The rest, from there, was history, with the two quickly deciding that being together was far too good to not enjoy.
Solos
This area is, as you may have guessed by the title, specifically for the solos written for Tobias. Yes, I know, shocking, he actually has plot to him. Anyways, these will roll out over time when they're written, a new one most likely being announced with a tweet. The first two are flashback self-contained stories, but everything past that is a more important plotline. Think of the first two as snapshots/flashbacks of his life, and the rest as the main story.
